Hello, I’m Danica Tucker!

With over 15 years of design experience, I specialize in illustration, hand lettering, and surface pattern design (that’s a fancy way of saying I create art and patterns for specific, physical products). I also have experience in digital marketing and advertising, packaging and stationary design, and even some logo design.

For me, design is a vehicle for problem solving. Whether it’s communicating a message, embodying an idea, or evoking a feeling, my goal in design is clear communication without sacrificing human connection. Stylistically, I am often obsessed with finding the balance in creating art that is organic and hand-drawn, yet incredibly meticulous and intentional. Some of my biggest design accomplishments have been creating best-selling stationary sold at major retailers, creating artwork for loved ones to help them accomplish their dreams, and using my design skills to uplift and encourage my community.
